We advise you to list everything that is possible when creating your advert, including room sizes if possible. The more information you provide to potential buyers the minimum amount of emails and phone calls you need to make.

You can have a direct link from your advert on MyPropertyForSale which will go straight to your web site, this will be a hyperlink so it will just be clicked, no need to copy and paste.

When you log in to your advert you will also be able to see how many times that your property has shown up in a search.

You can also see how many times it has been viewed directly and how many emails you have been sent.

After we have viewed your advert and checked for any mistakes that may have been made, we will then make your advert live on the web site.

This is done as an express service and your advert will normally listed within the hour, however due to heavy workload some days, please allow same day for some instances (or next day if you create your ad after 6pm).

If you don't have a digital camera to take any photos of your property, we offer a camera hiring service which is completely free!

Once you have created your advert and it has been moderated and marked as "live", we will send you a camera by recorded mail. You take your photos and send it back in the prepaid bag and upload the pictures for you.
